Though it has been one of the best summers ever and I'm without question, fitter and stronger than I've ever been, I currently find myself in a place where I simply don't believe my own header.
I need to refocus and come up with a new training/diet plan for the Fall.

You'd better come back! :) We'll be here for ya.
We'll miss ya, Scott! I was just brainstorming a post about how we tend to live our life in 18 week-increments -- always thinking about the next race/event, and what our training schedule looks like for the forseeable future. I am looking forward to what you come up with.
Don't wait for the answer .... keep at it. Setbacks are all part of the journey. Hope to hear from you sooner rather than later.

Why you're going away in the first place? Keep at it, and build on all you've done over the summer.
